If it happens during gameplay, all the characters will be there but the screenbackground will go black. ANY MOVIES AT ALL in the game will result in a black screen. Is it a problem with the game? Most likely not.The main issue becauseof the black screen is the fact that your computer can't playthe games movies. Is it a problem with your PC? NO its not. Okay, this is a recommendation for those who want to playFinal Fantasy7 and end up in the beginning of the game with a blackscreen.
